Our halls caters for small and large group functions:

• Small Weddings
• Engagements,
• 21st Birthdays
• Young Childrens Birthday parties
• Christenings and other family functions

Seating Capacity:

• 60 - 80 people small hall
• 120 people large hall  (Closed 2019 for renovations)

Please Note:  our facilities are  not available for  teenage or adolescent events.

Small meeting rooms at the Dingley Village Neighbourhood Centre and the Hall are available for mid-week hire.  Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Small Hall Facilities include:-

• 2 electric stoves
• Fridge
• Boiling water unit
• Round tables that seat 8 -10
• Servery area
• Children's Playground (Childrens day functions only)

Cost of hire $350 (incl GST and Public Liability Insurance) payable 7 days prior to function

DUE TO BUILDING WORKS THROUGHOUT 2019 THE LARGE HALL IS UNAVAILABLE

Large Hall Facilities include:-

• Kitchen: 2 electric stoves  Fridge x 2  Boiling water unit
• Trestle tables that seat 10 -12 people
• Off Street Parking
• Wheel Chair Access
• Parkland Setting

Cost of hire $500 (incl GST and Public Liability Insurance) payable 7 days prior to function

Refundable Bond of $500 (no GST) payable to confirm booking
 
Access is from 12 mid day (for weddings only, earlier access may be available)
All music must cease at 12.midnight and hall vacated by 1.00am
